With XOXO' 30-day return policy, there are no catches. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure the merchandise is in the same condition. Ensure the following conditions are met for a smooth return process:

You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the day it reaches your doorstep.

Only one return authorization will be accepted per order, multiple returns per order will not be authorized.

Once the pickup request is initiated, customers will have a window of 3 business days to handover the item/order.

Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Be sure to take a look at our size chart before you order anything! Are you in-between sizes? We recommend ordering a size up, to ensure your item fits.

If for some reason you don’t thoroughly enjoy your XOXO product, before you wear it or fly in it, DM us to arrange the pickup with the original packaging.
